Flaming Greek appearance at The Isle Casino at Pompano Park

December 20th, 2009

Deco Deco Drive will be filming The Flaming Greek at the Isle Casino, Pompano Beach, Florida on Tuesday December 22nd between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm. All are welcome

Torched stuffed Chicken breast marinated in Grand Marnier,
filled with corn bread stuffing, poached apricots and pears with an aged apple cider topped with traditional cranberry sauce and thinly sliced macadamia nuts served with a side of holiday sweet potatoes

Greek Lemon Soup

August 31st, 2009

Ingredients

6 cups chicken stock

3/4 cup of rice (or ozo or small pasta)

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

salt and pepper

1 handful chopped parsley

Directions

Bring the chicken stock to a boil in sauce pan. Add in the rice, reduce heat and let simmer until rice is soft (approx 20 minutes). In separate bowl whisk the eggs and add the lemon juice.

Once the rice is done, add the egg and lemon mixture into the sauce pan and keep on medium heat until soup is hot.

Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with parsley
