2 lemons
1/4 cup of olive oil
salt and pepper
6 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tbs of oregano
6 - 8 potatoes
Clean and rinse the chicken. Season the cavity of the chicken as well as the outside with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and the juice from the lemons. Peel the potatoes and cut into quarters. Place the chicken in the roasting pan and place the potatoes around the chicken. Sprinkle the potatoes with some salt and pepper and then add water to the roasting pan.
Roast the chicken at 375 degrees for about and hour and a half. Half way through turn the chicken and make sure there is still water in the pan, if not you can add more.

1 egg
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp mustard
1 tsp lemon juice (fresh lemon)
1 tbs butter
1 tsp parsley flakes
dash of garlic salt
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, add the crabmeat and then gently shape the mixture into patties.
Take a frying pan and with a little olive oil bring to a medium heat. Place crabmeat patties into the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
These crabcakes can be served over a bed of spinach with some tartar sauce on the side, its quick and easy and delicious

The Flaming Greek’s stuff shrimp with crab meat
2 pounds large shrimp
1 pound of crab meat
1 tblsp mayonnaise
1 egg
dash cream sherry
dash worchester sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup of bread crumbs (pepperidge farm)
olive oil
7 garlic cloves
1 stick butter
1 Roasted Red Pepper
Heat pan with olive oil on low heat. Place garlic cloves in the pan and simmer till golden brown. Place the garlic cloves in blender, add butter and blend until smooth consistency.
Butterfly the shrimp, flatten the ends. Mix the crab meat with mayonnaise and salt, egg, bread crumbs and add a dash of worchester sauce and place in the shrimp.
Take your garlic and butter mixture and pour over the stuffed shrimp.
Place the stuffed shrimp with crab meat in the oven on broil at 425 degrees for about 12 to 15 mins
When the stuffed shrimp are done, take the red pepper and used it to garnish the shrimp
